The flute captivated me from the moment I first heard it. Since then, I have been absolutely fascinated by it! It is with that same enthusiasm that I teach: from assembling the instrument and producing a sound for the first time to playing advanced repertoire. I am interested in everything concerning the flute!

I have extensive experience giving individual lessons to people of all ages, both privately and at a conservatory level. After graduating from the KC, I substituted for my teacher, Thies Roorda, on several occasions, teaching students enrolled in the Bachelor and Master programmes.

My lesson plans are devised according to the student’s interests and goals. I typically work with Taffanel & Gaubert’s Méthode and the Trevor Wye books. When it comes to technique, my teaching is easily relatable to Angeleita Floyd’s The Gilbert Legacy, which reflects in many ways the sort of tuition that I received from my teachers.

I am currently based in Porto Alegre – Brazil, but I am well equipped to teach online through a platform such as Zoom. I offer lessons in English, Italian and Portuguese. For further information (or to book a consultation lesson), please do not hesitate to contact me.
